Wayles, a graduate of the University of Colorado with a B.S. in Civil Engineering, brings fresh insight and energy to our construction administration team. With hands-on experience at job sites managing subcontractor scheduling, material deliveries, safety meetings, and assisting the Foreman, he has developed a strong foundation in project execution.

Now serving as a Project Manager Assistant, Wayles plays a key role in supporting project operations. He assists with job walks, submittals, project correspondence, budgeting, and estimating, ensuring smooth coordination between the office and field teams. His commitment to efficiency and attention to detail make him a valuable asset to our projects.
