Rod Adams

Rod joined WCI in the early 1990s as a Junior Estimator, eventually rising to Vice President and then President from 2002-2024.  Currently he serves as an Advisor and sits on the Board of Directors.  He’s been instrumental in growing the company into a $40 million ESOP and shaping its culture. A Benicia native, Rod holds a BS in Business Administration and a MSBA in International Economics. When not working, you can find him golfing, cycling, or spending time with his two adult daughters.
