Hector Ron

Hector has been a valued member of WCI for over 20 years, bringing a wealth of hands-on experience and leadership to the team. Starting as a drywall carpenter, he advanced to Foreman and is now a Junior Superintendent, specializing in high-end tenant improvement projects within Class A buildings.

Hector oversees day-to-day field operations, managing subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and implementing practical solutions to on-site challenges. A natural problem solver and team player, he is dedicated to delivering projects efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship.
